Richard, Here's a cumbersome way to read indices in GET. I usually only bother with !DJ30 and !COMP and !SPX. Dont have any problem getting comp or spx in GET without any change--GET ignores the "!". The problem is the number "30". Go into your WOW or Metastock directory and change name of !DJ30 to anything with letters instead of numbers, like !DJIA. Rescan, and GET will read it. Then go back into the directory and change the name back to !DJ30 so QP will update it daily. GET will still read the DOW in spite of changing the name back. Problem is, every time you add another stock that your want to see in GET, or any time you have to rescan, you have to go through the process of renaming and un-renaming again. Regards, GAry
