The authorities will want to look at a couple things. Did Asensio cut a deal with the underwriter Cruttenton Roth as Asensio advised me, and if so, when, since he has issued recommendations to short the stock. I would imagine they would want to look at the dates everything occurred to determine if there is a legal issue to be addressed. I do not have that knowledge to the day, but they would be able to get that information and verification from the parties involved. You have sufficient information to do with it as you so desire and should something develop which requires additional information, I will answer their questions.
