Well, look at it this way, LB. How much would a full blown practice cost? Maybe they will consider yesterday a practice for the real thing. And WHAT if it had been something huge? Should they have waited until after the fact? What would the cost have been then? And all that aside, it is remarkable to me that the scientists can give an approximate time of arrival for the large waves to hit...down to the minute. From a 6,500 mile journey....
