I kinda thought they were going to be government regulated. Well, I think that's the general assumption. But when you get down in the weeds and look at it, I don't see what there is to regulate. Unless they're supposed to do something other than sign people up, collect premiums, and process claims according to federal specifications, there's nothing to regulate. Medicare contracts for claims processing. I can't imagine how or why the exchanges would be handled differently.
