altie - mannie ... i just watched a collage of olympic highlights - canadian, american, dutch, german - so many nationalities. it was outstanding. that's what i enjoy most about the canadian coverage of the games - they show it all and recognize brilliance everywhere- not just in canadians. lindsey vonn, bode miller, apolo ohno were just some of the american athletes featured. by any measure, excepting, of course, for the tragic death of nodar kumaritashvile, these games have very successful. the u.s.a has won the most medals ever and canada has won the most gold medals ever. WOW! i'm looking forward to the closing ceremonies starting any minute now. apparently everyone in the audience has received a bag of goodies including moose antler hats. i think we are going to poke fun at ourselves - again. -hoser
