He's both smoking and taking a "nicotine replacement" - bad idea I hear. He's getting a double dose of nicotine - no wonder he can't quit, he's really addicted to the stuff. Plus that "moderation of alcohol intake" means he's boozing. I'm trying to imagine how this would be treated if Bush had a report like this. Plus I'm wondering if Obama is smoking something other than tobacco ... I remember that Steve Croft interview where he seemed a bit giddy.
