Split...Don't think it matters...and don't think there'll be a split anytime soon,,,since the Annual Meeting would have been the logical time to announce it...but i cannot understand why...as stated here repeatedly.. a prior shareholder vote to increase authorized shares would be necessary,, Per 10-K.....Common stock, no par value; 1,800,000,000 shares authorized; 899,805,500 and 888,325,973 shares issued and outstanding, respectively/. Multiply either issued or outstanding by 2 and you still get less than 1.8 billion shares ...no...???????????????
