Welcome back Mike. To answer a question. Currently, for instance, chicken processors lower the carcasses into densly chlorinated water for a cetain period of time. The chlorine must be hauled in gas cannisters on site, then the toxic wastewater must be disposed of. Ozone for a fact kills E Coli bacteria 3,192 times faster than chlorine. A food processor produces the ozone on site, infuses the water in the vat with it, immerses the carcasses for a set amount of time. Then no toxic wastewater, the ozone will convert into ordianry oxygen in twenty minutes. DOES ANYONE SEE WHERE THERE COULD BE SAVINGS? Fred Rodgers
