Investor A,

I have folowed these ratings somewhat, and the theory is that D is the worst rating for distribution, which I believe loosely relates to selling. However, the rating can quickly start moving back to D, or C, and it becomes an accumulation. Sometimes these ratings make sense and work, but not necessarily so. Just my thoughts; don't believe there is enough consistency for exactness. I do know if INTC goes back to 50, it will be a great buy.

Intel =E= LOWEST OF THE LOW. AMD is only a "C", CYRX, NSM and IDTI are all "B".

Happy investing.
