Howie, that is the perfect description of what this board should be about: junior stocks to accumulate rather than trade in the short term.

Though I might extend it to include mid-tiers...

What they have described is what I know from my days in the social sciences as, believe it or not, a stratified random sample -- dividing a population into segments (strata) and sampling each stratum independently of the others.

In this case the population is the alluvial bed. In situations where the population can be divided into distinct strata, it is the best way to try to represent the whole population through sampling.

One think is very clear about SCM. They are working very hard to discover gold while controlling dillution by all means. This says a lot about the quality of management.

Lets hope mother nature will be on their side.
