Not seeing it in Idaho either..

But then again, it's never been "roaring" in Idaho, at least not since the mining days.

But that's generally the case with agricultural states.

Primarily Olympia the state capital - but also Tacoma/Seattle. It may be true RE is in trouble - but from what I observe people are not fearful and are spending.
