"Give one shred of evidence that the US has the best healthcare system in the world....." Capability wise the US healthcare system is 2nd to none. The evidence is the hoards of people from other countries that come here to be treated. From a timing perspective we are also the best. If treatment or care is needed it is available and quickly (if you have the money to pay for it) From a cost perspective, we can do better and should work to see what can be done about managing and reducing costs. From an ethics perspective we can do better. Regards Neil
