My guess is the selling is due to a short-term bad event. I am just guessing, but it would not be unreasonable to assume that the 3rd qtr numbers aren't very good due to CATS drain.

Management knows the adverse effect on the quarter, and thus we had a solution last month to staunch the red ink (but that happened after the 3rd quarter books were closed).

So we should be prepared for some short-term bad news and not panic, knowing that the numbers for the 4th qtr and beyond are going to be much better since the CATS situation has been dealt with.

Let the day-traders have their fun for the last time. I'm a buyer at 3 7/8.

Jeffrey,
I have been watching the same movie as you have the past few days, and couldn't agree more. Fishy at best. Today took the cake though. Someone is getting out of a lot of stock... Best bet here is to sit on the sidelines and see what is up......... SPEEDY================================================================

>>>>>>>>>I am convinced we have had orchestrated selling by either a large holder or insiders. The selling has been done on strength the last four days, but yet not too much to drive the price down too far. Something is going on and I doubt its positive.<<<<<<<<<

I just got back from a week long business trip to Vegas... first one I did not lose money, but sickened by what I saw in JMAR friday. Have yet to read the thread, but your post here shows that someone saw it coming. Will read the rest of the posts before drawing conclusions....
