Yep they are different scenarios for sure.. I do think something (positive) will have a good chance in N. Korea though once crazy #1 is gone to a better place.. (in the ground :O) for his people and the world.. Those folks look south and will want what their kin have and east and what Chinese are getting...

Folks like Stratfor are good to have around LOL..
