Good-----burkas and similar dress that covers up who you are are like disguises for terrorists. I will never forget the lone figure in a burka standing on the divider of the lanes going to Tysons Corner Shopping Mall during the week of 9/11/2001. For several days that person stood not to cross the street but just to stand in a long black burka. I thought I was overly aware. Not so, friends observed the same. Without talking to that person/figure there was no way to know why they were standing in the same spot hourly and daily. Strangely, there was never any public comment made about this lone figure.
