Prices will continue to flatten till the inventory gets into very strong hands. I imagine it will probably be a sellers market again in 3 years in Phoenix and fortunes will be made by those who control a ton of cash flowing assets at distressed prices with low fixed rate mortgages and manage their business properly..

What else did you expect me to say these days. This is the complete opposite of March 2006.
