Also while solutions are indeed often hard, proposing one, not so much. The Democrats have proposed ideas for solutions, but not ones that would actually be an improvement.

Talk is easy...solutions are a bit harder. Either propose an alternative or get ... out of the way. The republicans have failed to do either.
