Paul, & ALL: CNSI just filed a 13D with the SEC. This is a filing made by persons(s) reporting benefically owned shares of common stock. I do not own CNSI at the present. I have profited a couple of times from the $2.25 price and believe CNSI to be a good buy at this low price, especially with the CASH they have. This is WHY I watch this stock daily. Averging down would be my strategy in CNSI if I were in at a higher level. However, I am not an investment advisor and therefore you would need to use your own decisions and Due Diglence.
