Globalist elitist who hates any competition for power and hates the middle class with a passion. Can't really be a free-wheeling global dictator with educated middle classes pointing out your flaws, disasters, weaknesses and flaws. The completely uneducated are not a threat to real power. Just thow them a few trinkets and they will vote you into dictatorial power forever and ever. They will also agree with taxing and worse of the middle class bourgeouise into complete and total submission.
