Does this include the ones who disclose confidential information to competitors and others?

When told to stop by a federal bankruptcy judge then, file an expedited appeal with the federal court . Then have the appeal stricken for failure to conform with D.N.MLR-Civ.7-3

I do agree, the words in the SEC charter are admirable.

Tonto: Sure..., and Asensio is only doing what he does to provide a service to our marketplace by uncovering scams and exposing them! This man goes so far as to claim that the regulating of the market is best served by short sellers who are motivated by profits to uncover scams, frauds, etc...! Sounds alot like what has happened with asking Arafat to police terrorism!!
