Well, you'd have to prove corruption and failure to uphold his oath....

Corruption = his back room deals and bribes to drug companies and others in order to secure their support for his health care bill...

Failure to uphold his oath = promoting policies that violate the principles and the spirit of the Constitution, everything he does is an abuse of power granted by the Constitution...
