>>All I need is a few points up to the low 30's and can take the bullet and my 1997 tax write off.<< Good luck with your hope, any of these scenarios is possible though: -You could be writing much more off for 1997 tax year than at current price -You could be writing it off in the 1998 tax year instead You might want to to buy protective puts against your long position to guard a fall much below 25, which may not seem easy thing to happen but ASND has achieved much more seemingly difficult things. Finally, I hope that your hope of selling ASND in the near future in the low 30's is not based on Lim Tuke's methodology of assessing stock values and futures. :-)
