hi BC, have any developers crossed your hairy eyeball?

i listened to a podcast with richard lefrak and he said development is dead for up to 5 years while we work off this inventory.

Because, again, knowing that landlords, as a business class, are sued more than anyone else in small claims court, I have to assume that each and every deposit dispute represents a potential court case.. Knowing that, I want to take away from the tenant any ability to open up a “he said, she said” set of accusations, which are difficult to defend against, even when they are blatant lies.

Well just don't go the way of Jessee Livermore.. Life is short and the casino atmosphere of Wall Street is out of your control. Millions of RE investors with much less brains than you or I became financially independent while the 'greatest' stock trader of them all on the short side went bankrupt several times and committed suicide .even with 'profiting' from the great depression as his calling card
