Thanks for your thoughtful comment, Al. I'm busy today, can't get into things now. Just one brief comment: but we Americans loath to learn from other countries Perhaps, other countries would be smart to learn more from us. We achieved more economic and social and human rights successes than most developed nations, and we did it in a fraction of the time it took them to get where they are. And we did it without centuries of oppression, dictatorships - and other bad things which come along with having a tradition of too strong centralized governance. Not sure it would be in our best long term interest to turn into just another Nanny State nation. We are already too far down that road as it is.
