This is a new jet...not a rocket to Mars...." It might as well be. Have you looked at the specs? It is intended to replace most of the small jets in the military. It is a huge technological challenge. Not really sure why such a thing is needed. But that is a different question. Why is it needed....you ask? How else are the rich in this country to stay rich? I mean what other country can afford such gadgetry? Not that we can really afford it but who cares. The Rs are more worried we might spend the money on something frivolous......like good health care for Americans. Unneeded and expensive fighter jets are much more worthy of our tax dollars!
