Q & A: When There Are Few Insurers to Choose From
By MICHELLE ANDREWS

The American Medical Association last week released its annual study examining competition in the health insurance market. The verdict: competition is dwindling. In any case, I am left with the feeling that it is nearly impossible to govern a country within your model of "every man for himself" ideology.

Hitler...Polpot...Stalin....Castro felt the same way. They figured they could do it better by taking over. You are sure in some good company

In one of my economics classes a great book which described the economics of various issues. Several came down to the cost of information. People who were connected had better access to information. The internet has leveled the playing field.

Are you saying you would rather live in a totalitarian dictatorship than remain free?
"every man for himself" = FREEDOM.
The opposite is slavery.
