Then you haven't been to places like Austin. I visited there once a couple decades back and was astonished to see a group of heteros, male and female, walking down Guadalupe and then on the UT campus completely naked. I wasked what was happening and they said they were exercising their rights. I have no idea whether that was legal (I think not), but it happened nonetheless. I thought it was funny, but certainly would not have been amused had I had small children with me.
