This is what I said: that the playing by rules, lots of rules is what has made this country great. And that is what I replied to. "Lots of" is a modifier for the rules just a recognition that there are a lot of rules. That might have been what you meant to say, but it isn't what you said. Reasonably the way you said it implies that having lots of rules is a vital part of the equation. Edit - Normally this wouldn't matter as much. You'd make it clear what you meant, and what you previously said wouldn't be important, but I was responding to your attack on me for me as "intellectually dishonest" and editing your "sentence to change it's meaning"
