"Even a general societal acceptance of prostitution, wouldn't do that (although it would likely move things slightly in that direction), but legalization doesn't include, imply, or require, a societal acceptance that prostitution is a good thing, only an acceptance that freedom is a good thing." I don't know how you can assert that when you've already conceded, there would be no difference, or at least no legal argument against any other employer who then used sexual compliance as a condition of continued employment.
