I think what they are talking about is RADIO/RF bandwidth. If video telephony via wireless transmission is deployed, it will be the equivalent of EVERYBODY having their own PRIVATE TELEVISION BROADCASTING STATION. That may not be theoretically impossible, but it sure is technologically DAUNTING. Paul
