Thanks for the info, however selling for the last week won't be reported for a couple weeks. It may or may not be insiders, but the trading the last week has been unusual with huge block trades in the first and last hour of trading. There are only a few institutions holding large amount of shares so either the company is selling shares to an institution or its Cats related. Also, spoke to Dennis Valentine at JMAR last night and stated earnings may be out this week or definitely next. He stated there was no set time table and it was up to their discretion. I basically took this to mean that the quarter results are completed and they are waiting to release it. We know in the past they have released earnings on the 1st of the month so if we don't hear anything to late next week I believe earnings will be severly impacted by Cats. Revenue for the quarter should be high and if they can explain the Cats drain like they did in their press release it shouldn't be too much of a negative. Personally this Cats acquisition has cost the company a couple of million dollars and has kept the stock down for the last year----good ridence!

Rsc, this slow and calculated selling appears to be from a large holder and started to occur "right after" the CATS settlement. I maintain that they are the most likely sellers, those that held public stock in CATS and then were tied up in JMAR stock until now. With the high volume of the last 2 weeks, I think they must be pretty dried up by now. The conference tommorow should start to sop up any remaining shares.
