ecrire,

'Gold rallies will be short lived.'

Who cares? Beep, Beep, Beep! Backing up the truck, baby! 2 or 3 years from now when gold is $2,000 to $3,000 an ounce it won't matter if you bought it at $1200 or $1050.

Go long blue chip gold and silver equities, and other select commodities and the don't worry about the day-to-day dribble. The market will take care of the rest.

Cheers,

Steve

<Dollar headed for new highs> New highs? I can remember when the dollar traded at over 300 yen. Do you mean the dollar will trade over 300 yen? I remember when the yuan was so weak that you could not buy a tissue full of snot with a million of them. Do you mean the dollar will go to new highs against the RMB? I can remember when the dollar bought gold for $35 am ounce -- you mean the dollar will make a new high against gold?
