The "logical, rational" way to approach this is - Why have more doctors where there are already some? Let them go to where they are needed more.

That's serfdom. Anyone who thinks they can have serfdom for Doctors and freedom for everyone else, please raise your hand.

If there are too many docs in one area THE DOCS will move or not have enough business. Free market, remember? Jeez....

Yet the liberals decline the opportunity to be honest about their intentions. It appears that most liberals seem to thing that the rules will only apply to someone else.
