Things are looking up a bit for Congressional Democrats lately. Real Clear politics has Democrats barely in the lead in a generic Congressional vote, after trailing the Republicans by 2 to 3 points for months. Also, President Obama appears to have gained some popularity lately now that he is confronting issues like healthcare head on. Perhaps the biggest thing Democrats have going for them is that the economy should start adding jobs later this year in the Spring.
