What makes you think that RTGV is supposed to close on the merger this month? I did some research, and as you said, this merger has been pending for a very long time. What is the reason to think that after this long wait, they are finally getting their act together?

I did more research on RTGV and I found the answer to my question regarding why the merger should close this month. There will be a reverse split in the future, in a year or two, once all the ducks are in a row for uplisting, so this has to be kept in mind. In the short term it could pop on merger news.
