What about the 8-K on this funding? Even without the money in the bank they definitely need to file an 8-K within 4 days once the deal is inked. It must mean the deal was inked less than 4 days ago; therefore, in less than 4 days we should know once and for all whether this stock is viable. If this funding isn't forthcoming, I would question their integrity in planting such a rumor, and also question the viability of the company. Holding my stock and waiting one last time.

So basically the company gave you inside information? As much I want it to be true I am hesitant to believe they would put the company at risk by telling you that info. When I spoke with the company last they said they had financing options but none that wouldn't be detrimental to shareholder value.
