The quick answer is.....there's no way to tell if insiders are buying, without reference to all the Federally required documentation. It's strictly a guess, another variation of hype used to asuage the long's concerns. There are myraid ways to fool yourself; "it must be insider buying," is but one of them.

Still, ANCR ain't broken down further from here, this despite the "mushiness" of today's market. Perhaps everyone who was likely to be shaken out of the tree is gone, and those left are hanging on by their teeth? I like ANCR at this level, but'll still wait a few more trading sessions to see if a bottom has been established before I add more.

Fibre clearly has a market sector developing, based on alllll that industry news. It's up to ANCR's management to start showing contracts, from here on out, in order to impress the Street and re-inspire all that speculative loyalty of days gone by. They've got the right toy(s) to sell--just like DEC had with their Alpha chip. But we all know the one with the best toy doesn't always win, again, just like DEC(or Apple, or <you provide the name>). That's especially true here in the land of high tech.

The proof will be in management execution. The games "afoot," and ANCR's play, from where I sit in the stands, seems to be unfolding. Now it's time to watch and see how management executes their plays. All imho, of course.

Regards!

John~
