How could you possibly say that Roger?

Just look at the astounding growth in Yahoo (from 0 to $200,000 in operating earnings in 1 1/2 years!!! Not to mention those billions of page views!!!)

At Home has 26,000 subscribers...and their $12,000,000 loss last quarter (on top of their $12,000,000 loss from the previous quarter and the $11,000,000 loss in the quarter prior to that) was right in line with expectations. Hell, they may break $2,000,000 in sales by mid 1998!!

You obviously don't get it Roger. Yahoo's market cap of $2.6 billion and At Home's market cap of $3 billion is perfectly justified. Don't invest by looking into the rear view mirror. Wall Street always looks forward Roger.

Watch out shorties!

WE'RE GOING TO THE MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roger...do you remember the good old days?

I remember when Microsoft went public (1986 or 87). They had been in business for about 8 years, had a few hundred mil. in sales and were extremely profitable.

Nowadays I would be happy to see a high tech IPO with a track record longer than 6 months, where I can expect to see profitable quarter less than 5 years after the offering, and which isn't bid up to a market cap of $1 billion within 2 weeks.

I guess I just don't understand the new economic paradigm.
