Yeah, if you google the phrase you will get all sorts of hits...

I knew some of these cats had made such statements, but for bush to do so as well is a shocking contradiction, considering he passed Part D, a 400B to 800B (depending on the estimate) health entitlement he didn't even try to pay for.
