It's no mistake. Few shares, very high prices (2 million yen on each of those 318 traded today). I figure the IPO will get them about $15 million US dollars. More money market income is on the way!

Some stocks on the Japanese exchanges have very high prices. At 2,000,000 yen/share, cf. $17,000/share, the 975 shares have a value of $16.5 million dollars. This number seems about right. Another stock NTT, which trades on the TSE, is about $8000/share.
