How come??? At least once a week, American or NATO or Pakistiani forces are capturing/killing a significant al Qaida operative. Under Bush, we were lucky if one was captured/killed once per year. How come??? Were the Bushies milking this al Qaida thing for all it was worth by making sure al Qaida stayed strong? It sure looks that way.
