Gary,

Just a simple question: If ASND management is in talk to be taken over by some poor sould out there, why would the top officers of the company (including Ejabat the founder and CEO of the firm) want to sell part of their shares (regardless of how large or smalll in numbers) at these low prices?! See the following which was reported just yesterday: stocksmart.com

Ejabat sure got a great deal selling his shares at $32-$35?! I was one of the people who bought a portion of the shares he dumped on (after entering at $46.5 and just trying to average down!!!).

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

Gary - not sure how to read your post. Are you saying, hypothetically of course, ASND is buying another co? Or being acquired? If the former, it is not so hot, since I don't believe it has fully digested CSCC yet. If the latter, I don't think the buyer cares much, since the parties must ve put a $ value on the transaction.

p.s. personally, I'd like to believe that after screwing up for so many times, ASND mgt has decided to use a fresh face for the mouthpiece - and so happen the new CFO has also pushed the right button (I hope)
