I believe that's the shelf offering they filed to replace the prior shelf offering which had recently expired. While I hope serious dilution will not be required, I believe companies need to have the capability should events warrant. While I strongly believe GNVC will gain a partner for TNFerade before the drug's approved, it's very possible that the partner will take an equity interest. Share need to be available for that sort of action as well as other dilutive fund raising actions. Gary
