For those worried about MUEI & the current DRAM situation:

1997 1996
------------------ ------------------
% of % of
Amount Sales Amount Sales
---------- ------ ---------- ------

PC systems $1,528,304 78.2% $1,252,492 71.0%

Contract manufacturing 289,968 14.8% 373,622 21.2%

SpecTek memory products 137,511 7.0% 138,806 7.8%

---------- ------ ---------- ------ -------- ------

Total net sales $1,955,783 100.0% $1,764,920 100.0%

------------------

The 1995 numbers (which I couldn't fit in here) show a much higher % of sales for memory products
(somewhere around 25-26%) with PCs coming in at 56%. Looks to me like
they've altered the mix favorably since then. IMO, 7% of sales is
nothing to get upset about, especially looking at the
beating the stock has taken recently.
