It was never the goal. ------ Huh? Would you elaborate please? The Euro models run the spectrum from non-profit yet private insurance companies through a true government owned and operated system (UK). Noting remotely like that has been proposed in these bills. The (relatively rather tame) government option is the about as radical a change as we've seen... this is really mild stuff. I hope your not eating the "socialist takeover of the health care system" dog food.
