Roger, perhaps you'd like to share your knowledge with the board.

You ask how I << explain the fact that other Y2K companies have many contracts Zitel still has almost none?>> Whoa there, Rog! What exactly does 'almost none' mean? Are you aware of a contract you haven't shared with us??

To your question, several factors -- which will ultimately benefit MD and Zitel -- have resulted in a slow start for Zitel. Zitel has been positioning itself to enter the Government marketplace. Getting many government employees to come to work five days in a row in Washington is a challenge - let alone getting them to make a decision regarding a Y2K product. Yet, Zitel's initial success in less secure areas of the government will ensure entry into more Secure Agencies in which Zitel will not have to compete directly with MD and, more importantly, will be able to command higher revenue per LOC. (A standard Navy hammer is $ 600.00 but a secure CIA hammer is more like $ 2400.00) Additionally, the unit testing available with the MD product adds a layer of complexity and overhead not found with most other products. You are quoting contracts awarded, Roger. A far cry from contracts successfully completed -- with unit testing and a level of automation and accuracy needed down the stretch.

Bonnies (don't need to make excuses Rog. Time will sort this one out.) Guy
