Saw one of my Little League kids last night at Hanabal's last night. Actually, Syracuse was there, so I saw 3 of them, but I see mine all the time, so they sorta don't count. James was the team runt; barely old enuf to play, we had no minors, and everybody has to play 2 innings. To make it worse, his dad had been in the real minors, so the poor kid had a hard year. Every team has to have one like him. A few years later, he calls me up and said they were having a home run derby, and wanted me to be a sponsor for either a HR or by the foot Alarm bells start going off, so I say I'll give you for the HR. He gets the longest HR of the derby. Smart Mike. Ok, so now, or at least yesterday, he is about 8'4" and 425 lbs. :>)
