Preventing them from blowing up is not the same as preventing socializing the losses." But it RESULTS in that effect. It is the way to PREVENT the passing along of massive losses to the taxpayers when those risky gambles blow up, (as they periodically must), in the faces of the gamblers. It, "Too Big To Fail", is the ROOT CAUSE of the problem of "Private Profits and Socialized Losses".
