Tech guys have tech guys stuff (Here and there) to do and clinical trials are done by outside contractors, CROs, so no big change there either. Real manufacturing would probably have been done by a 3rd party anyhey. I doubt RIGL has any real sales/marketing guys to cut. And in general you want to keep your expertise/brains around.... like not divorcing your wife when you decide you are going on a month long vacation. :)
