I am not quite that bad, but I belong in his category. As my doctor told me, "we only see you when you have issues." <G> I do go once a year for a fairly comprehensive blood test and take my blood pressure at the grocery store on a regular basis. (Doctor Kroger's) I try to combine the tests for when I get wax buildup in my ears from swimming. It is not that I hate doctors. In fact, I kind of like it when my hot female doctor (or, she would be hot if she weren't always knocked up)makes me turn my head and cough. But I hate waiting for an appointment, sitting in a room with people who have everything from the flu to Leprosy, getting things shoved up my rear end (I don't play for that team <G>), etc.

My deductible and co-pay are not the reason I see the doctor rarely. But they are not a reason to see her more often. <G>
